1. Data controller
Online Concept ApS, CVR 36088133, Nørregårdsparken 107, 6705 Esbjerg Ø, Denmark, is the data controller for personal data processed on esprint.dk. Contact: support@esprint.dk.
2. What we process, and why
When you order: name, address, email and your order details. This is necessary to perform the contract — producing, shipping and invoicing (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
When you create an account: email, name and an encrypted password, so you can follow your orders and open returns.
When you send a business enquiry: company, contact person, email and your description of the job.
If you buy as a business with an EU VAT number, the number is verified against the EU's VIES register and the verified number is stored on the order for VAT purposes.
The Danish Bookkeeping Act requires us to keep accounting records — including order and invoice data — for 5 years from the end of the financial year. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
3. Who we share data with
Stripe processes your payment; we never see or store card details. Resend sends our order emails. GLS receives your name and address to deliver the parcel.
If you send a business enquiry, the job description may be processed by an AI service (Anthropic) to produce an internal price draft for our staff. The draft is never sent to you automatically.
We never sell your data, and we share it with no one beyond the processors named here and authorities where the law requires it.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies only: your login session, the contents of your basket, your language choice, any discount code and any verified VAT number. None are used for marketing or tracking, and we run no third-party trackers. That is why we show no cookie consent banner.
5. Your rights
You can request access to the data we hold about you, have inaccurate data corrected, have data erased (unless the Bookkeeping Act requires us to keep it), receive a copy of your data, and object to processing. Write to support@esprint.dk.
You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark (datatilsynet.dk).
