What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. For corporate or bulk orders we can also arrange payment via bank transfer on request.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders for standard stock items can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Custom 3D printed orders begin processing immediately and generally cannot be cancelled once production has started. Contact support immediately if you need to make a change.

How long does custom printing take?

Accepted Answer

Standard custom printing takes 3-5 business days for production, depending on the complexity and size of the model. Express Print & Ship guarantees production within 48 hours for an additional fee.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship across the EU from our facility in Esbjerg. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days, express is 1-2. Rates are calculated at checkout and standard shipping is free on orders over 70 euro.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on catalogue items, counted from delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition. Custom prints — made from your file or to your specification — are binding and cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage. Start a return from your account and we respond within 24 hours.

Can you print my own model?

Yes. Send us an STL or STEP file with the material, colour and quantity you need, and we reply within one business day with a price and a production window. Maximum build volume is 250 x 210 x 210 mm per part; larger models are split and bonded.

Question 7

What does a custom print cost?

Accepted Answer

Custom prints are quoted on material weight, print time and post-processing. A typical palm-sized PLA part is 15-40 euro. There is no minimum order quantity.

Will I see layer lines on my printed part?

Accepted Answer

Yes. FDM printing inherently produces visible layer lines. We print at 0.15 mm to 0.2 mm layer height to minimise this, but subtle texturing is a hallmark of the process. We consider it a tactile feature of the product.

What materials do you use?

Accepted Answer

Our primary material is high-grade PLA+, a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources. For engineering applications requiring higher heat resistance we offer PETG, ASA and Nylon PA12 on request.

Question 10

How do you handle my personal data?

Accepted Answer

We store only the data needed to fulfil your order: name, email, delivery address and order history. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support.

What are the terms of sale?

Prices include 25% Danish VAT. Ownership passes on delivery. Catalogue items carry the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; custom prints are binding and final sale unless defective.
