Terms of Trade

Prices on the Danish site are shown in Danish kroner and on the English site in euro, including 25% Danish VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout (see section 6 on cross-border VAT).

Payment is by card via Stripe. The amount is charged when the payment completes. We never store card details — Stripe alone handles them.

Every item is 3D printed for your order. Standard production takes 3-5 business days before dispatch; express takes 1-2.

We ship with GLS to Denmark and the rest of the EU. Shipping is priced at checkout, and standard delivery is free above the threshold shown on the delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on items from our catalogue, counted from the day you receive the goods. This applies even though the item was printed after you ordered it.

To withdraw, give us unambiguous notice within the period — an email to support@esprint.dk is enough, or use Returns in your account. The item must then be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice.

The item must be unused and in its original condition. You may examine it as you would in a shop; any diminished value beyond that can be deducted from the refund. You pay the return shipping.

We refund the amount including the original standard shipping within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or proof that it has been sent.

Items produced to your specifications — prints from your own file (STL, STEP or similar), custom dimensions, custom colours or other individual requests — are exempt from the right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18(2)(3).

An order for custom-made items is therefore binding once placed and can be neither withdrawn nor returned. We say this clearly before you order.

If a custom-made item is defective — a production fault or a deviation from what was agreed — we will of course put it right; see section 7.

Sales to other EU countries carry 25% Danish VAT, unless you buy as a business with a valid EU VAT number — then we sell without VAT under the reverse-charge rules and you account for VAT in your own country. The number is verified against the EU's VIES register at checkout.

Sales to countries outside the EU carry no Danish VAT. Any import VAT and duties are collected by your own authorities on arrival and are not included in the price.

The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies: you have a 2-year right to complain about defects present at delivery. This covers all items — custom-made ones included.

If you find a defect, contact us within a reasonable time of discovering it. If the complaint is justified we replace, repair or refund, and we cover reasonable shipping costs.

The warranty does not cover ordinary wear or damage from misuse, and visible layer lines are a characteristic of 3D printing, not a defect.

Purchases made in the course of business carry no right of withdrawal. Quotes issued on a business enquiry are valid for 14 days unless the quote states otherwise.

Business buyers must report defects promptly on receipt and no later than 8 days after the defect was or should have been discovered.

Danish law applies. If we cannot resolve a disagreement together, consumers can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Center for Klageløsning, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark (naevneneshus.dk), or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
