Returns and Refunds

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on every item from our catalogue. The period runs from the day you receive the goods. It applies even though the item was printed after you ordered it.

The item must be unused and in its original condition. You may examine it as you would in a shop. Any diminished value beyond that can be deducted from the refund.

1. Tell us within the period: write to info@esprint.dk or call +45 70 70 11 65, or start a return under Returns in your account. State the order number and which items you are returning.

2. We reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address and instructions.

3. Send the item back no later than 14 days after your notice. You pay the return shipping. Pack the item securely and keep the courier's receipt.

We refund the full amount including the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. The money goes back to the card you paid with.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or proof that it has been sent.

Items produced to your specifications — prints from your own file, custom dimensions, custom colours or personalised text — are exempt from the right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18(2)(3). An order for custom-made items is binding once placed. We say this clearly before you order.

If an item arrives damaged or has a defect, you have a 2-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers all items — custom prints included.

Contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect: write to info@esprint.dk or call +45 70 70 11 65. A photo helps. If the complaint is justified we replace, repair or refund, and we cover reasonable shipping costs.

The warranty does not cover ordinary wear or damage from misuse. Visible layer lines are a characteristic of 3D printing, not a defect.

Purchases made in the course of business carry no right of withdrawal. Business buyers must report defects promptly on receipt and no later than 8 days after the defect was or should have been discovered.

If we cannot resolve a disagreement together, consumers can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Center for Klageløsning, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark (naevneneshus.dk), or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
